Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. No processing or shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays.

Collection/Delivery Information

Nationwide Courier (South Africa)

Available for:

• Fine Fragrance Collection 

• Heritage Delicacies (Mashonzha / Amacimbi / Mopane Worms)

 • Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your door or at a convenient pick up point near you by our trusted courier partners. 

 • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 08h00–17h00. No after‑hours, weekend, or public‑holiday deliveries are available.

 • Your parcel will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

 • International deliveries can be arranged — rates will be quoted directly before ordering.

GraceFire Atchaar

Due to the oil-based nature of our atchaar and our commitment to safe, spill‑free packaging, GraceFire Atchaar is currently available for Pretoria collection only.

Delivery Fees

• FREE shipping on all orders over R650.

• FREE collection from Meyerspark & Wonderpark in Pretoria.

• Our standard delivery fee is R110 anywhere in South Africa.
(Applies nationwide, including outlying areas)

Order Tracking

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
